Stated in record above for Elizabeth Willey daughter of Samantha Willey, "Elizabeth Willey; age, 2 yrs., 5 mos., 1 day; daughter of Jeremiah and Samantha Willey; deceased Dec. 21, 1846; disease, Canker; birthplace, Warsaw, Hancock Co., Ill.; birthdate, July 20, 1844; grave no. 42."
Also stated in record above for Samantha Ellen Willey daughter of Samantha Willey, "Samantha Ellen Willey; age 1 yr., 3 mos., 24 days; daughter of Jeremiah and Samantha Wiley; deceased July 9, 1841; inflamation of the head; birthplace Warsaw, Illinois; birthdate Mar. 15, 1840." Also stated with this entry, "The following burial were not at Winter Quarters but were at the end of the cemetery record. Buried 2 1/2 miles north of Warsaw, Illinois."
