Oliver Montgomery
Oliver Montgomery, 60, 963 E. South Temple, died Wednesday at 2:20 p.m. at his residence of natural causes. Born Jan. 2, 1890 in Heber, he was a son of Robert B. and Elizabeth Lambert Montgomery.
Until his retirement five years ago, Mr. Montgomery had been a painter and decorator. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He married Della Gibson, who died in 1918. In 1920 he married Lacy Wall. She died in 1936. He married Dora Snow in Preston, Ida., in 1942. She died in 1945.
Surviving are two sons, Virgil Montgomery, Oakland, Cal.; and Robert Montgomery, Seattle; three daughters, Mrs Erna Wardell and Mrs. Norma Wardell, Hayward, Cal., and Miss Ora Lee Montgomery, Oakland; five brothers, Cebert Montgomery, Midway, Wasatch county; Parley Montgomery, Ogden; Forest Montgomery, Salt Lake City; Shield Montgomery, Provo, and Earl Montgomery, Heber; three sisters, Mrs. Hazel North and Mrs LaPreal Johnson, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Ruby Provost, Midway, and five grandchildren.
