      1. Marriage to Elizabeth A. Pond is recorded in her record by Susan Easton Black. The marriage-date is recorded in Elizabeth's history as "After the death of Bishop Whitney, Elizabeth was married again to Beason Lewis and in 1860 they moved from Salt Lake City and were amon the pioneers of Richmond." Acording to Newel K Whitney's record, He died on 23 Sept. 1850.

      2. There is information that Beason's place of death was Richmond, Cashe, Utah, but there is no verification of this information.
